CASKETS: Local Delivery is included in the purchase price. Delivery will be accomplished to most funeral homes within 2-3 business days (Monday - Friday excluding holidays). Certain remote areas may require additional time for delivery. Avatar Cremation Services will make every attempt to have your casket delivered as quickly as normal circumstances will allow. Please note that certain events beyond our control such as Acts of God, weather-related conditions, and states of emergencies may delay the delivery.
PURCHASE OF A CASKET is time sensitive, we recommend that you communicate your specific needs to us to be sure there are no unexpected problems with delivery.
If your casket is being delivered directly to the funeral home, you need not be present to accept delivery, however funeral home staff must be present to accept the delivery.
URNS & OTHER MERCHANDISE: Regular shipping by best method (Usually UPS Ground) is included in the purchase price of Urns and Other Funeral Merchandise. Communicate with us for any special delivery requirements.
RETURNS: Avatar Cremation Services will only accept returns of caskets due to freight or cosmetic damage from shipping. No returns will be accepted unless prior Return Authorization has been received. Please contact us directly to discuss any return issues.
